CNC machining
Our workshop is equipped with a modern CNC milling and turning machines, designed to handle both large and small production series. With in-process control, we ensure precision, repeatability and efficiency in our operations.
Automation
In our workshop, we operate a collaborative robot equipped with a 5-kilogram payload capacity, torque sensor, and a linear track. Primarily used for testing custom-written algorithms for our clients, our robots are programmed using Fanuc native code, KAREL, Python, C++, and ROS.
3D printing
Our workshop houses a versatile 3D printer capable of using two distinct extrusion materials. This allows us to create intricate and multifaceted designs, perfect for prototypes, custom components, and innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
CNC Surface grinding
In our workshop, we have a 3-axis CNC surface grinder that allows us to manage both concave and convex surface grinding tasks. This ensures accurate and consistent results for the components we produce.
Heat Treatment
In our workshop, our CNC heat treatment furnace allows precise temperature control for specific heat treatment curves. It generates glow charts vital for traceability, especially for our ISO-certified calibration blocks. This ensures both quality and adherence to industry standards.
Vision Application
In our workshop, we incorporate vision applications using stereo cameras and related vision equipment for robotic tasks and tailored client requirements. Our experience ensures precise and effective visual integration in various applications.
Engineering / Design / manufacture
We use Fusion 360 software for engineering and designing diverse manipulators and custom 3D objects to meet our clients’ requirements, followed by their manufacturing in our workshop.
Programming
We provide programming solutions in KAREL tailored for Fanuc robot applications, alongside proficiency in Python, C++, and ROS. Serving a diverse range of projects, we ensure client requirements in automation and computing are achieved. Additionally, we craft custom macros for CNC machines, encompassing on-machine measuring cycles and bespoke cutting solutions.
EDM
In our workshop, we’re equipped with an Electric Discharge Machine (EDM), allowing for precise shaping of materials through electrical discharges. This tool enables us to deliver intricate designs and high-precision components tailored to client specifications.
